I believe your family's story deserves to be told with honesty and heart.

Through my lens, I capture the genuine connections, unscripted laughter, and quiet moments of love that make your family uniquely yours. Preserving your memories is not something I take lightly, it is something so valuable.

My sessions are relaxed and fun, with lots of play and exploration for you and your kids to enjoy on our adventure. I would rather photograph you having a real moment looking at your child than asking them to sit still and smile for the camera.

The Lead Up.

You will have plenty of questions that go through your mind after booking your session. You can rest assured that I will be there to answer all of them! You will also have exclusive access to my guides that help with how to prepare for your session. As a client of mine you will also have access to a discount at Mama Rentals if you want to hire stunning rental garments.

The Session.

I want you to enjoy our time together. No need to feel nervous about being in front of the camera, just relax and be yourselves, I will have plenty of fun things we can do with your kids to capture that connection and you can forget all about the camera.

The Location.

There are several locations I have hand picked because of certain factors, the main one being the lighting. I have a range of locations to suit different preferences such as beach, native bush, greenery, grasses and water or in the comfort of your own home (all I need is natural light from windows or doors). I am happy to chat about what location suits you best and am open to other suggestions if you have them too.

The Time of Day.

I conduct my outdoor sessions in the first hour after sunrise or the last hour before sunset. This is an artistic preference and the specific lighting I use to achieve the effect you see in my photos. Indoor sessions don't have this restriction and can be done at any time during the day.

What If.

Who knows we cannot control the weather or sicknesses! If on the day of your booking, the weather is too wet or windy to proceed or someone gets sick, I’m happy to reschedule. I'm usually pretty flexible and can wait up until a few hours before the session to make a decision. Feel free to message or call me if you are concerned about the weather for your session.

Session Fee

This payment is like a deposit that secures your booking on a certain date and starts the booking process giving you access to all my preparation guides and information.

Session fee must be paid to book in and is paid for on top of the packages below

Family Photo Packages

You must choose one of the following packages when you receive your gallery, and it is paid for on top of the session fee.

These packages are for FAMILY, MATERNITY or NEWBORN sessions and I usually film the whole family in each of these sessions.

Each session done at a stunning outdoor location or I can come to you in your home. You will receive access to my guides to help you with how to prepare and what to wear. You will also have the option to have a phone or video call with me to plan your session.

4 weeks after your session you will receive a personal online gallery to view and share your session photos that have been individually edited with love and care, then you will pick one of the packages below.

Dance Packages

You must choose one of the following packages when you receive your gallery, and it is paid for on top of the session fee.

These packages are for DANCE sessions done at a stunning outdoor location.

Each dance session includes the option of three outfit changes, headshots, body shots, creative poses, movement shots with the help of Vanessa’s 20 years of dance experience. You also have the option of a phone or video call with Vanessa prior to your session to get to know each other and plan your session together.
