Our baby bird Wren is 6 weeks today and in the early hours of this morning I got my first smile which made my heart melt despite my tired state.

Every year on this day we do something special to remember a friend who is no longer with us. Kate it’s been 12 years and today we remember you with these flowers as we let them go into the peaceful stream…Miss you so much 🧡

Last weeks sessions sure tested my leg strength after being bedridden for so long… I had major jelly legs after the many squats I did to get down to eye level with a certain adorable 3 year old 😆 so worth it though!
